John Levan Jr embodies what it means to put Metal Militia first. After suffering a major injury, John spent three years away from competition focusing on rehab, yet never stepped away from his chapter. During that time, he trained diligently, supported other lifters, worked meets, and stayed fully engaged with the team. John returned to the platform in 2024 stronger, wiser, and more determined. Known for his technical knowledge, attention to detail, and constant drive to improve, John helps lifters at every level and is always willing to listen, learn, and adjust. His consistency, humility, and leadership make him a steady and trusted force within the chapter.
