Ron Birch

​At 79 years old, Ron Birch has been powerlifting for over 30 years. He recently benched 286 lbs at a Metal Militia meet. He has created a home gym, known as the "Lifting Asylum," where he trains with two close friends. As a seasoned lifter who has competed internationally, Ron is always willing to share his experience and advice. He is a true "Iron Pillar" of the Australian Metal Militia community.
